Service Providers: With trusted service providers that help us fulfill our services and operate our business — including payment processors, email service providers, scheduling platforms (such as iClosed), CRM and SMS platforms (such as Close CRM), telephony providers (such as Twilio), hosting and analytics providers, and customer-support tools — bound by confidentiality obligations and used only to perform services on our behalf.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, court order, law enforcement request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety (or that of others).

4. SMS / Text Message Communications
Sender. SMS messages are sent by Exotic Fleet Formula LLC, doing business as EFF Mentorship.
Consent. By submitting your phone number through our application form at https://www.effmentorship.com/apply or https://www.effmentorship.com/ and selecting "I agree to receive SMS messages," you consent to receive automated conversational and transactional text messages from EFF Mentorship (Exotic Fleet Formula LLC). SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of messages. Messages may include:
Application follow-ups
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling assistance
Customer service responses sent by our team
Ongoing communications with our team related to your account or program
Frequency, rates, and opt-out. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications, or HELP for assistance. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
Platforms. Your phone number is collected through our scheduling provider, iClosed, and stored and used for SMS communication through Close CRM, our messaging platform. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, our telephony provider. All providers process your data under their own privacy and security standards solely to facilitate the services you have requested.
5. SMS / Mobile Information
NO MOBILE INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES FOR MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. ALL CATEGORIES LISTED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY EXCLUDE TEXT MESSAGING ORIGINATOR OPT-IN DATA AND CONSENT; THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data will not be shared.
Twilio, our telephony partner, maintains that consent cannot be sold, shared, or transferred, not even to affiliates.
The only scenarios in which your personal information may be shared are:
With service providers that help fulfill the order (for example, a shipping company that sends the product that was ordered).
In the case of business mergers and acquisitions.
Law enforcement.
With the user's consent.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from EFF Mentorship, you consent to receive text messages from us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
